New policy
A $25 dollar “no call, no show” fee will be applied to unattended bookings. It will only apply if you book a block and do not call to cancel or reschedule your booking. This fee is in place to prevent other artist from being locked out from available blocks.
Studio time is divided into 4 incremental blocks (overage at the hourly rate):
24 hour block = $300
Best for artist who need flow time to create/recreate a masterpiece from the drawing board. (producer/engineer assistance)
12 hour block = $250
Best for artist with finished works who are perfectionist of their talent.
6 hour block = $150
3 hour block = $90
Less than 3hb = $37 hr.
Best for artist with finished works that just need to tweak it a bit.
On location recording =$600

Special low rates for club owners with event nights. (rates may vary)
Check our calendar each day for free extended studio time when booking a 24 block on that day! This calendar is available for artist who have prepaid for a block.
However, if this is your first time setting an appointment be sure to leave your contact info! A phone number is preferred so that we can call to confirm your appointment, answer any questions that you may have, discuss the block options you require so that you get the best rate and provide any directions if needed.
Appointments set without contact info and have NOT been approved will be deleted from the calendar.
8 M O has a strict policy of closed sessions, restricted to band and group members only. (see FAQ for more details)
